What is the deposit fee to rent an apartment?
Fountain Plaza accepts a reservation deposit to hold the apartment of your choice.
It also puts you on the priority wait list for an apartment of your choice. Should your
plans change, it is fully refundable.
Are personal care services available?
Yes, Fountain Plaza has provided 36 apartments that are licensed by the State of Oregon
for residential care services. Residents in the personal care apartments receive a
variety of services including medication management, personal laundry and assistance
with daily living tasks. Our caring Staff is on duty 24 hours each day to be of assistance. We feature three levels of care so you only pay for the services you need.
Are Pets Allowed?
Certain types and sizes of pets are allowed with a refundable damage deposit.
We welcome small, friendly pets.
